• For over 50 years precisely at this prominent Berlin location HARTOG has been a reliable source for stylish brand name products for everyday use.

• The store was originally founded in Berlin 1936 by Magda Hartog from Lübeck. She was joined by her nephew, Michael Hartog, after the war. She passed away in 1986. A few years earlier, her nephew had already taken on the sole responsibility for the business which he had been forming with his distinctive style for a while – such as it is today.

• In 2008 Michael Hartog went into retirement after turning over the company to Mr and Mrs Lenhardt.
